Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a common, chronic, inflammatory joint disease. Unfortunately, even with breakthroughs in pharmacotherapy, a subgroup of patients, referred to as Difficult-to-Treat (D2T) RA does not respond well to consecutive treatments and remains symptomatic.

STRATA-FIT is an European-funded project that aims to: (i) identify and stratify D2T RA patients into clinically relevant phenotypes based on distinct clinical profiles; (ii) create an AI-based model to predict which patients are at risk of developing D2T RT; and (iii) deliver personalised treatment plans according to each patient clinical profile.
